We are David Crilly and Samantha Williams, and with us, what you see is what you get. We are real people who love what we do and work really hard to exceed expectations. We treat every space we work in as our own.
We believe that by sharing our knowledge and helping people live a simpler and less stressful life, we are doing our part to make the world a better place!
In addition to great work, we each have over 20 years of customer service experience and know that good communication is just as important as good work. We have been successful because we know you can’t have one without the other.
For over 15 years, David has helped hundreds of people make their renovation ideas a reality and restore their homes and businesses after terrible disasters like fires and floods.
Prior to this, David worked at the famous Canadian rose grower Pickering Nurseries for over 15 years. There, he learned everything about roses, including how to graft them, and expanded his knowledge about trees, shrubs, and plants, as well as landscaping design and maintenance.
David went to school for Accounting and Financial Management. He then worked in the field for several years but was not really passionate about working in an office sitting at a desk. David has always enjoyed fixing and building things.
Looking for a change, he expanded his hands-on skills into concrete foundation work and then renovations and remediation, and he has never looked back.
Samantha's natural ability to put people at ease came in handy during her nine years in the moving industry, working as a packer and unpacker in high school and university.
When she completed her BA in Sociology and Cultural Studies, she worked in Claims and Customer Service. She has moved over 10 times, so she is well aware of the emotions that go along with moving.
Samantha started her 15 years as a Customer Service and Call Centre Management professional in the Mail and Courier Service sector, then in the Home Appraisal Services, Parking Management, and Commercial Cleaning industries.
In the corporate and business worlds, Samantha has trained hundreds of people on how to organize their schedules, calendars, emails, and tasks. She also created systems for electronic and paper filing to better organize their day and allow them to work more effectively and efficiently.
She has worked with individuals and their families to put systems in place to be more organized and find time to get more out of each day, eliminating stress and helping people live fuller and happier lives.
Samantha has a BA in Sociology and Cultural Studies
